Vermiculite 20L (compost additive)

A naturally occurring, non-toxic, alumino silicate mineral. Heated to a high temperature to produce lightweight sterile laminated structure. Absorbs nutrients preventing them from being washed out, and then releases them to the plant roots. Insulates against fluctuations in surface temperature. Used when seed sowing, pricking out and houseplants.
