Please ensure your read through the below information before ordering.
Products not on our website
If you would like to purchase a product that you have purchased before in store, please message us and we will add the product to our website, we stock 1,000’s of products and we cannot have them all on our website straight away.
LOCAL Delivery
If you select local delivery during checkout your delivery charge will be calculated automatically based on the following criteria value, product type/weight and your address. If there is no delivery option please contact us by email on our contact page.
Delivery of your items will be kerb side or just inside your driveway or garden.
Delivery Areas
If you have had a delivery from us before but cannot place your order on our website, please contact us and we will add your postcode to the appropriate radius group.
Areas are shown below with the minimum order values (excluding the delivery charge) and the current postcodes for each area. The * dictates any postcode in that range, for example GL7 1* would cover GL7 1YG or GL7 1NP etc.

Click & Collect
If you select Click & Collect during checkout, you will be given an option of an available collection date and a time slot, we will confirm by email that you order is ready for collection, please do not come to the shop before receiving this confirmation.
Collections – Please do not visit the shop until you have received confirmation your order is ready for collection.
COVID-19
It is important to keep all our customers and our team members safe. Please follow the below advice.
Deliveries
- Please keep at least 2 metres away from our team members
- please do not touch our delivery vehicles
- please do not help unload
- deliveries will not be carried through houses, gardens or long driveways if access is not available for our delivery vehicle
- a signature is not required, however, our team member may take a photograph of your property and the goods on display as proof of delivery
COLLECTIONS
- Do not arrive at the shop without placing an order or receiving confirmation of your collection
- When collecting please keep 2 metres away from any persons (customers and team members)
- Payment is by card payment online, no cash payments will be accepted
