Products Not on Our Website
If you’re interested in buying a product you’ve previously purchased in-store, just send us a message and we’ll make it available on our website. We have thousands of products and are always updating our inventory with both new and existing items.
Local Delivery
If you live near our store, you’ll see the option for Local Delivery at checkout. The delivery fee will be calculated automatically based on factors like product type, weight, and your address. If we’ve delivered to you before, feel free to reach out with the items you want to order and your address, and we can check and add your address to our website.
Delivery Areas
If you’ve received a delivery from us in the past but are having trouble placing your order online, just reach out to us and we’ll make sure to include your postcode in the right delivery area
Below are the areas along with their minimum order values (not including delivery fees and VAT) and the current postcodes for each area. The * symbol indicates any postcode within that range; for instance, GL7 1* would include GL7 1YG or GL7 1NP, among others.

Click & Collect
We’ve updated our Click & Collect process! Now, you won’t need to choose a Date or Time during checkout. This change makes it faster and more convenient. Once your order is placed, we’ll let you know when it’s ready for collection, or you can come by the store to collect. If there are any stock issues, we’ll reach out to you as soon as we can.
Live Stock Levels
Our website displays real-time stock levels. However, if an item has a low quantity (1-3 units) and is purchased in-store at the moment you place your order online, it may not be immediately available. We might need to restock from our suppliers. Occasionally, stock can be damaged or soiled, and if that is the only available stock, we will reach out to you to discuss the options, which can include a refund, a discount on the damaged item, or waiting for new stock to arrive from our suppliers.
